This Privacy Policy explains how LotoLens (ABN 68 317 766 516) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use LotoLens (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Subscription and payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage information — basic technical logs such as pages visited and request times, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Sign-in records — when you sign in, we record the date and time, the country your connection appears to come from, and two one-way codes: one derived from your browser and one from the network your connection belongs to. The codes let us tell whether a sign-in came from the same browser or network as a previous one; they cannot be turned back into your device details or your IP address, and we do not store either. We use this only to understand whether accounts are being used by more than one person, as our Terms require.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and subscription.
- To provide access to the lottery analysis Service.
- To process payments and send service-related emails.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse.
- To detect accounts being shared between people, which our Terms do not permit.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Service — for example our payment processor (Stripe), hosting provider, and transactional email provider — or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas storage
Some of these providers store or process data on servers located outside Australia. By using the Service you consent to your information being handled in this way, under safeguards appropriate to each provider.

Children
The Service is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at help@lotolens.com.
