These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LotoLens (the "Service"), operated by LotoLens (ABN to be confirmed). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old — or the minimum legal age in your country or jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the gambling laws applicable to you.
2. The Service
LotoLens provides statistical analysis and historical pattern review of publicly available lottery draw data, presented as probability-style insights and decision-support, for informational and entertainment purposes only. LotoLens does not sell lottery tickets, does not accept bets or wagers, does not facilitate gambling, and does not predict future results. Any lottery play happens elsewhere, with a licensed operator, entirely separately from LotoLens.
3. No guarantee
Lottery draws are random. Nothing in the Service predicts outcomes, guarantees any result, or guarantees or increases your chances of winning. Any information from the Service is one input for your own decisions, which you make entirely at your own risk and discretion.
4. Accounts & subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and are at least 18. LotoLens offers a free Basic tier, and two paid tiers — Prime and Intel — each available on a monthly or yearly plan. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Account page and keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to free Basic access. 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorisation, scrape its data, or resell access without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LotoLens is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
