Free Basic access
LotoLens includes a free Basic tier with no time limit and no payment required, so you can explore the Service before deciding whether to subscribe. You are never charged for Basic access.
Paid subscriptions
The paid Prime and Intel tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe), on the monthly or yearly plan you choose. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep your paid access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to free Basic access.
Refunds
Because the Service provides immediate digital access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal you had already cancelled — contact us at help@lotolens.com within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
